Susan Cracraft

Interior Designer and Technical Director

Susan joined Haddad Hakansson after having completed both the kitchen and bath and residential interiors programs at Boston Architectural College. She is certified by the NKBA as an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD).

A native of Colorado, she headed west after college and spent 11 years working as a product stylist for Mattel while living in and renovating several homes in the Los Angeles area.

Susan has always been great at getting the tiniest details just right. As a former Barbie stylist, her intricate work with the iconic 11½-inch doll can be seen in photographs in more than 50 Little Golden Books about Barbie that were published by Mattel.

Susan has moved from the challenges of product development and design to managing so many of the small but important elements that make our clients’ projects a success. Her outstanding computer drafting skills, artistic talent and creativity have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Louie Kerbici

Interior Designer

Louie has brought to Haddad Hakansson both outstanding design skills and a strong background in project management.

Even while in business, Louie was drawn to design. He found himself constantly working on side projects during his time in the financial services industry as an analyst and project manager. His design aesthetic has been shaped in part by his extensive travels.

After 15 years, Louie decided to shift gears. He left financial services and completed the NKBA-accredited kitchen and bath program at Boston Architectural College.

Louie is known for paying close attention to schedules and budgets, and aims to make the design process as seamless as possible.  But his favorite part of the job is meeting and working with clients - connecting with them and challenging them just enough so all parties can get the most out of every project.

Interior Designer

Jaye Gordon

Interior Designer

Both creative and detail-oriented, Jaye has the artistic vision to create a cohesive look for a space as well as the knack for maximizing every inch.

Jaye has an MBA and spent many years in consumer and business marketing. On weekends, her favorite way to unwind was by working on design projects for herself or for others. She would spend hours shopping for the perfect piece of furniture to restore or creating a new color scheme for a client.

Ultimately, Jaye realized she loved the process of design as much as the result, and embarked on a second career. She is a graduate of the kitchen and bath design program at Boston Architectural College.

Jaye has the technical skills to create an inventive kitchen or bath layout, but also enjoys the hunt for the right fabrics and colors. She finds daily joy in using design to transform a client’s space into that perfect combination of beauty and function.

Sharon Gray

Interior Designer and Communications Director

There is nothing Sharon loves more than a project. During most of her career as a journalist, Sharon spent nights, weekends and days off renovating and decorating whatever fixer-upper she and her husband happened to be living in.

After moving with her family from Florida to the Boston area, Sharon decided it was time to start designing for other people. She recently completed her studies in the kitchen and bath design program at Boston Architectural College.

Sharon finds the design process to be remarkably similar to the process she used when writing a story: Interview the client, gather all the necessary information and present the final product in a creative, engaging way. She loves solving problems and making spaces more livable, enjoyable and beautiful.

Sharon is also passionate about education and has volunteered extensively in the Wellesley Public Schools. She is an elected member of the Wellesley School Committee as well as an elected member of Wellesley Town Meeting.
